Caps reset on your anniversary date — the date you joined REAL Brokerage. This means your cap year is personalized to you, not a calendar year.

When you refer an agent to REAL Brokerage, you earn a percentage of the revenue REAL collects from that agent's transactions. It goes 5 tiers deep: Tier 1 = 5%, Tier 2 = 4%, Tier 3 = 3%, Tier 4 = 2%, Tier 5 = 1%. This creates a passive income stream that grows as your network grows.

Yes. REAL Brokerage (REAX) awards stock to agents at production milestones. You're building equity in the company as you grow your business. REAL has paid out over $60M in revenue share and awards stock as part of their agent attraction model.

As a Sanchez Group team member, you get access to our custom-built CRM, Joana AI phone assistant, automated SMS follow-up system, team scoreboard, content AI for social media and listings, and MLS integration — all at zero cost. These tools are built in-house by our team.

Absolutely. Your clients are your clients. When you transfer to REAL Brokerage and join the Sanchez Group, you bring your entire book of business with you. Nothing changes for your clients except better service powered by better tools.

We welcome new agents. Our onboarding includes one-on-one mentorship with Jesus Sanchez, weekly training sessions, AI tools mastery courses, and a proven system to get you your first deal fast. Many new agents close their first transaction within 30-60 days.

No desk fees, no franchise fees, no monthly technology fees. The only cost is your annual cap ($6K to REAL + $8K team cap), which you pay as a percentage of commissions earned — not upfront.

Transferring your license to REAL Brokerage typically takes 24-48 hours. Once your transfer is complete, you'll get immediate access to all Sanchez Group tools and can start working with clients right away.
