A better first question

What kind of business are you building?

The right structure depends on your experience, desired support, market and how much independence you want. This page is designed to make that distinction clear before anyone applies.

01

Established agents

Evaluate a switch without losing sight of contracts, expenses, systems and client responsibilities.

02

Newer agents

Understand the onboarding process, accountability and where training ends and personal responsibility begins.

03

Bilingual agents

Build with English and Spanish communication in Arizona's diverse communities.

04

Independent producers

Keep your own business model while considering Real and a sponsor relationship separately from team membership.

Two distinct relationships

Choose the structure, not the hype.

Team membership and sponsor selection are separate decisions. We will explain both clearly and document the current economics before you move forward.

Path 1 · Team

Join Sanchez Group at Real Broker

For agents who want an accountable local team structure with defined operating support and written economics.

  • $8,000 Sanchez Group team cap plus Real's $6,000 company cap for team members
  • Transaction coordinator fees covered for team members
  • Listing signs, sign posts, and lockboxes provided
  • Lofty CRM lead management, bilingual collaboration, and written onboarding

The combined cap structure totals $14,000 before other applicable Real, transaction, board/MLS, and business expenses. Team support, lead rules, responsibilities, and exit terms are reviewed in writing. No income or lead volume is guaranteed.

Path 2 · Independent

Affiliate independently with Real

For agents who want to operate their own business and may name Jesus as sponsor because he was most influential in their decision, without joining Sanchez Group.

  • Your own production, brand and operating responsibility
  • Real's official agent plan, onboarding process and current terms govern the relationship
  • Sponsor selection is separate from team membership
  • No Sanchez Group leads, CRM, coaching or team benefits are promised for sponsor selection

Real's ICA, official application and current program terms govern. Sponsor selection becomes final through Real's onboarding process.

Team path

What team membership includes.

The value is operational: a lower Real cap for team members, covered transaction coordination and core listing equipment, plus a clear system for running the business.

1

Two transparent caps

An $8,000 Sanchez Group team cap plus Real's $6,000 company cap for team members. Together, they create a $14,000 combined cap structure before other applicable costs.

2

Transaction coordination covered

Sanchez Group covers transaction coordinator fees for team members so agents can stay focused on clients, negotiations, and the next opportunity.

3

Listing equipment provided

Listing signs, sign posts, and lockboxes are provided for team members, subject to the written checkout, installation, replacement, and return process.

4

Lofty CRM operating system

One canonical CRM, documented lead management workflows, bilingual collaboration, onboarding, and escalation to Real's broker or compliance resources when appropriate.

How the systems fit

Two layers, clearly defined.

Real provides the brokerage platform. Sanchez Group adds a separate operating layer for team members under written team terms.

Real platform

Brokerage technology and official support

Available through Real according to its current programs and terms.

  • reZEN for transaction visibility, documents, cap progress and broker communication
  • Real's official onboarding and training resources
  • Real's mobile access and brokerage support channels

Official sources: reZEN · Real Academy. Availability, pricing and features may change. Real's official documents govern.

Sanchez Group team layer

Local systems and operating support

Available only to agents who join Sanchez Group under the written team agreement.

  • Lofty CRM lead management and documented workflows
  • Bilingual collaboration and escalation
  • Covered transaction coordination
  • Listing signs, sign posts and lockboxes under the written equipment process

Naming Jesus as sponsor without joining the team does not include these services.

Current official terms govern

Understand the complete economics.

A split is only one line of the business model. Review caps, transaction and brokerage fees, board/MLS costs, team terms, revenue share eligibility, equity vesting and operating expenses before deciding.

What we will review together

Real modelReal currently publishes an 85/15 split until the applicable company cap; additional fees still apply.
Team pathAn $8,000 Sanchez Group team cap plus Real's $6,000 company cap for team members. Sanchez Group covers transaction coordinator fees and provides listing signs, sign posts, and lockboxes. Other applicable Real, transaction, board/MLS, and business costs may still apply.
Independent pathReal's agent plan and official ICA; Sanchez Group team services are not included by naming a sponsor.
ProgramsRevenue share and equity are conditional programs with eligibility, production, tier, fee, vesting and market risk rules and are not guaranteed income.

Before you inquire

Straight answers.

Is this a salaried job?

No. Real estate agents affiliate as independent contractors subject to Real's ICA, licensing requirements and applicable law. Income and lead volume are not guaranteed.

Do I have to join Sanchez Group to name Jesus as sponsor?

No. Real confirms sponsorship and team membership are separate. You may operate independently with Real. Naming Jesus as sponsor does not include Sanchez Group leads, CRM, coaching or team services.

What does it cost?

The Sanchez Group team path has an $8,000 team cap plus Real's $6,000 company cap for team members. Together, they create a $14,000 combined cap structure before other applicable Real, transaction, board/MLS, and business expenses. The independent Real path uses Real's $12,000 company cap under the independent agent plan. Current official Real terms and the written Sanchez Group agreement govern.

Is revenue share guaranteed?

No. It depends on the production of both the sponsor and sponsored agent, available revenue, cap level, producing agent eligibility, unlocked tiers, fees and current Real rules. Maximum examples are not promises of typical results.

Will you contact my current brokerage?

No. We will not contact your current brokerage or share your inquiry with it without your permission. You remain responsible for existing contracts, listings, pending transactions and transfer requirements.

What happens after I submit?

Your inquiry is saved to the Sanchez Group recruiting workflow in Lofty and the assigned Sanchez Group owner is notified. Submitting this form does not affiliate you with Real, select a sponsor or create a team agreement.
